• Application principle:

Vacuum freeze-drying is a technology that utilizes the principle of sublimation for drying. It involves rapidly freezing the material to be dried at low temperatures, and then directly sublimating the frozen water molecules into water vapor under the vacuum environment used. The product obtained from freeze-drying is called Lyophilizer, and this process is called freeze-drying. The substance is always at a low temperature (frozen state) before drying, and ice crystals are evenly distributed in the substance.
